General Stretching Rules:

   1. Breathe through a stretch, NEVER hold your breath!
   2. Take the stretch to a comfortable position, NEVER feel pain with stretching!
   3. Hold a steady stretch, NEVER bounce!
   4. Hold for a minimum of 10 seconds and repeat 3 times on each side
   5. The BEST time to stretch is when you are WARM!
