How Does Kinesiotaping Work?
Kinesiotaping is a rehabilitative taping technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion as well as providing extended soft tissue manipulation to prolong the benefits of manual therapy administered within the clinical setting.
At Back in Action we use Rocktape as we found it adheres better to the skin under extreme heat conditions or prolonged water exposure. The taping methods can be used for inhibiting muscle activity or facilitating it. We tape also for performance along the fascial chain in order to reduce fatigue in the muscles of repetitive motion.

"Improved flexibility and mechanics for better performance."
